Treatment Intake Forms and Payment Information
Fees: All therapy sessions, including deep brain reorienting (DBR), run $160 for a 50-55 minute session. I am in-network with Aetna and United HealthCare for talk therapy. Neurofeedback sessions are $125 and clients are typically seen twice weekly. I do NOT bill insurance for neurofeedback, I can give you a superbill to submit to your insurance in the rare instances where they may cover sessions.
I do offer a limited number of sliding scale slots. It is important to me to make this treatment accessible, so please don't hesitate to reach out to discuss options.
